NMNA’s Capitol Challenge is an annual event that brings together nurses from all corners of the State, across all practice areas, to learn about what is happening during the legislative session, learn the legislative processes, and engage in advocacy.  This event serves as a platform for nurses to advocate for the best interests of nursing practice and the nursing profession.

Locations: New Mexico Capitol (State Capitol parking facility: 485 Galisteo St) & The Santa Fe Farmer’s Market Institute Pavilion (1607 Paseo de Peralta)

Continuing Professional Development/Contact Hours: This nursing continuing professional development was submitted for approval to Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
